Making Bread At Home!

Last week my family and I decided to make Focaccia bread, we had never made bread before so quarantine was a good time to start! First we watched some bread baking videos, read the recipe and now that we thought we were pros it was time to start... Here is the recipe we used RECIPE First we added the yeast, sugar, 1/3 of the flour and warm water together then we left it on the counter until it doubles in size. Once it had doubled in size we added the rest of the flour and salt then let it sit again until it doubles in bulk. Once done we covered the dough in oil and rosemary then put it in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. when we first got it out of the oven we thought we failed but when we cut into the bread it was perfect! it was supper soft and had heaps of air bubbles though out the bread.
Here are some pictures of our bread...

If you have never made bread I recommend giving it a try, It is super easy and tastes delicious!
